Infrastructure cost review

For many years JCP has advised the Government that collaborative working behaviours will ensure they stay on track to meet their cost saving target for infrastructure.

The Treasury Department’s third annual Infrastructure Cost Review is published today and illustrates how their cost saving has been achieved. The theme of collaborative working practices is woven through many of the findings and output. It also specifically highlights the need for behavioural change, collaboration and alliancing as key turners to not only stay on track with savings but also to ensuring a world class infrastructure.
