Collaboration specialists facilitate government Rail Supply Group, transporting the rail industry to the heart of the UK’s industrial strategy.

A new government supply chain group has been announced today. The Rail Supply Group is being backed by government investment to improve UK infrastructure.

Simon Vaughan, Director of JCP commented “We are proud to be a part of this new Government initiative. Terence Watson, Co-Chair of the Railway Supply Group and Country President at Alstom and turned to JCP to make sure the right team were selected to deliver radical changes to the industry. He remarked: ‘The Railway Supply Group is a huge opportunity to drive radical and positive development of the rail supply industry to the benefit of the UK railway. My responsibility is to ensure we are best placed to succeed which is why we asked JCP to help us. The UK’s rail network is currently undergoing the biggest programme of modernisation since Victorian times. Over &38 billion is being invested in infrastructure over the next 5 years. The Government are investing &500,000 into the Rail Supply Group to secure contracts both in the UK and overseas.
